surrendered to us by his owner
because of illnessHe's been on a chain all his life and was fed only 2 times a week. but we left 5-10lbs of dry dog food in his dog house each time we visited. He was very sick. he had heart worm so badly they thought he wouldn't survive the treatment. He had whip and hook worm. It took a while for him to start gaining weight but as you can see he is doing well. Now in a loving home. He has taken over. And he still sees the people who nursed him back to health. |
